Return and Exchange Policy During Closure of the Milker shop

Our webshop will close on 19 June 2025, and we have therefore adjusted our return policy in connection with the closure:

You still have a 14-day right of withdrawal for online purchases, in accordance with EU regulations.
Money will not be refunded, but you may exchange the item for another one, either online or in-store no later than 30/6-2025.

After this date, it will no longer be possible to return or exchange goods.

OBS: In case of exchange after exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for shipping costs both ways, unless otherwise agreed. If you are unable to visit our store in Klampenborg before 19/6/2025, exchanges must be handled via shipping.
